@boohoo_cshelp@boohoo terrible customer service. Contacted you immediately to change my delivery address as I live the other side of the country now and you can’t contact the warehouse and cancel the order - a basic customer requirement. Poor!!!!!!
@ASICSUK I have dm’d you regarding my order placed 1 week ago that still hasn’t been dispatched. I urgently need this order but no update has been received despite advertising a 2-3 day delivery window.
@edfenergy I probably wouldn’t worry about battling climate change until you can actually offer your customers an adequate service. 60 mins on the phone to then be cut off- shocking. Don’t ask me to WhatsApp you because that’s a 6 hour response time 🤣
@marksandspencer my partner purchased from the dine in menu this evening from your store in Richmond only to find out the steak pie is out of date!!! Maybe it’s not your ‘best ever steak pie’ 😬
@DFSCare I had confirmation that my sofa would be delivered on 4th September. Nearly a week later, no sofa and no employee can give me and ETD after being on hold for 1hr20. What disgusting service. Will never purchase from here again.

@inthestyleUK placed an order next day delivery, 8 days later the money has been taken and no parcel delivered. Both my emails enquiring as to where my order is have now been ignored.
