@nectarsleepuk 3 times now we have had "independent experts" out to our mattress. They say there is nothing wrong with it but when we sleep on it it feels like sleeping in a hole. Customer service won't do anything further offered a free mattress topper. Not good enough. 1/3

If there is "nothing" wrong with your mattress, then feel free to take it away resell it and give us at least some of our money back 3/3

The foam in the mattress is clearly faulty if you spend any length of time on it. An expert with a piece of sting and a weight in the middle of the day. I can't possibly tell what is going on inside the mattress during a full night of sleep. 2/3
