@ML_Philosophy Never take communication for granted. Communication is the cornerstone of a healthy, thriving relationship. If something is important to you, say it. We're not mind readers. Things left unsaid can turn into speculation. From there, trust can start to deteriorate.
@limitlessmindon Sometimes the truth can be uncomfortable, and not everyone is ready to face it. But remember, honesty is a valuable trait, and those who appreciate truth-tellers understand the importance of growth and authenticity! 😊
being emotionally unavailable is also when you fantasise about a dream love/lover and then project this idealisation onto someone you connect with and then cut ties when they do something flawed and human that takes them off of the unrealistic pedestal they never asked to be on
Imagine finding friendship and love in the same person. Dating someone who befriends you, understands you, appreciates you, supports you, makes you feel safe, grows with you, heals with you, and breaks toxic patterns with you >>>
As you mature, you’ll realize you can’t make anyone see what they’re not willing to see. We create our own perceptions, which is why the “truth” is so difficult for people to agree on.
@SodaPeeStream I believe it’s possible to bring value/help people, make a good living, and have emotional well being. It just takes a lot of inner work, intentional choices, and a willingness to be uncomfortable. For me it meant an entire career shift.
experiencing someone who has not healed wounds around vulnerability can be like this: planting seeds with them and watching the flowers grow together. over time, you gather the courage to create a bouquet for them. upon presenting them the bouquet, they panic and set it on fire
The best thing I ever did was realize it's not always about who has known me the longest, it's about who makes me feel seen, heard, understood, appreciated, supported and loved.
Highly sensitive people feel everything on a much deeper level. We don't just experience your surface level emotions — we feel your energy shifts, intentions, judgments, lies...and authenticity.
Irritability will be at a high when you go through changes. Let yourself be moody. Don’t judge it. It will pass. Change creates friction— flow through it. Don’t fight it.
