Why does Candace dare people to sue her, claim she wants them to so she can get discovery only to immediately file motions to dismiss the suit?
Does she realize she doesn’t get discovery if the lawsuit is dismissed?
It’s like she’s full of shit or something.
@RealCandaceO@baroncoleman@paleochristcon I imagine this is how every conversation with Candace plays out. There is no point to a debate if they don't get the details correct. She can't have a simple discussion about the format of the debate without drama and victimhood.
For the first time in recorded history, a civilization has decided that the most enlightened virtue is to surrender its culture, heritage, women, and children without putting up any defence. Suicidal empathy shall prove to be the demise of the West.
If Mamdani would like me, a white New Yorker who never owned slaves, to pay a black New Yorker who never was a slave, then I propose:
Every Muslim in NYC starting with Mamdani, should pay us for 9/11.
Please explain why the latter makes no sense but the former does.
Is the @ACLU anywhere to be found on the Shiloh Hendrix persecution?
Almost as if they only exist to promote the interest of gay race communism, and not civil liberties.
The Shiloh Hendrix case isn't even a close call or a grey area. She was charged and convicted of a crime for saying a word. If that's not a violation of the First Amendment, nothing is. This is one of the most straight forward free speech issues we've seen in a long time.
Really something how the entire third-worldist DSA clique is talking about abolishing the Senate, but the moment you suggest denaturalizing and deporting them they suddenly become ardent defenders of the Constitution
If Israel had done a fraction of what China has, the podcaster circuit would be talking about it nonstop.
China does it all and there’s not a word.
I’m sure it’s totally organic!
We’ve found 6 voters registered to vote at a mall in Pennsylvania & 5 of them voted in the 2024 election.
4 of them are registered democrats & the other 2 aren’t registered with a party.
The thing that never happens keeps happening.
Tom Brady reveals the brutally honest talk he had with a Michigan sports psychologist that turned him from a benchwarmer into the GOAT.
Brady's transformation started with one change: the way he thought.
"I sit on the bench my first year, and I really had—I would call it—a lot of self-defeating attitudes and behaviors. I always had an excuse. 'Coach doesn't want me in there.'"
"I had a sports psychologist. His name was Greg Harden. I would go into his office every Tuesday, and he would say, 'Tom, I like you. You work hard, but you have a shitty attitude.'"
"'How about you start worrying about what you can control and stop talking about the other quarterbacks, stop talking about the coaches not putting you in.'"
"If they give you three reps, you do the best with the three you get. Quit bitching about you only getting three or you going in there with the backup receivers. No one cares.'"
"'You treat practice like it's a game. If you throw a touchdown in the two-minute in practice, you celebrate like it's the game.'"
Brady never approached it that way before. Then "sure enough" everything changed.
"Mmy energy started getting way better. I was bringing juice; I had the right attitude."
"Then all of a sudden, I'm bringing the juice, man. Every day, boom."
"That [mindshift] really helped me get better."
The road to 7 Super Bowl rings didn't start on the practice field; it started in that very office…
🚨 HOLY CRAP. Nick Shirley and Sen. Ron Johnson just exposed to America that hundreds of millions of dollars flew out of Minneapolis and much of it went to SOMALIA
JOHNSON: "$700 million in cash flowing out of Minneapolis Airport back to countries in Africa!"
SHIRLEY: "It's been proven that a lot of the money in suitcases that left Minnesota went back into the hands of people inside Somalia."
"And, for instance, in New York City, where I just did an exposé exposing this adult daycare fraud, nobody at these daycares actually knows who the owner is."
"A lot of them had just been hired within the past month. In Miami, you have the Cuban government running these DME companies that are fleecing and quite literally looting from Medicaid."
"A lot of foreign governments have infiltrated our Medicaid because it's so simple and so easy to defraud."
@SenRonJohnson@nickshirleyy
It would be worth losing the midterms over mass deportations. We would not lose the midterms over mass deportations. Voters delivered the popular vote for a Republican, first time in 20 years, for this. Even so, it would be worth it.
🚨Watch Candace Owens cherry-pick and mischaracterise the testimony of the ATF's DNA expert - CUTTING AWAY before her audience sees the parts that completely undermine her narrative.
Candace wants her audience to believe that because the DNA profile attributed to Tyler Robinson as the major contributor showed signs of degradation, that must mean the DNA was old - and therefore couldn't belong to the shooter.
The problem? That's not what either DNA expert testified.
In fact, moments after the cherry-picked clip Candace used, the ATF expert confirms she cannot determine when the DNA was deposited on the trigger or trigger guard.
And just two days earlier, the FBI's DNA expert explained that degradation can result from many factors, such as, heat, humidity, cleaning, and other environmental factors, adding:
"I really can't tell why an item is degraded."
-The ATF expert did not testify that degradation meant the DNA was old
-She did not testify it made the DNA unusable
-She did not testify that it was inconsistent with the shooter
That's Candace's conclusion - not the expert's testimony.
And despite the degradation, the ATF expert still testified that the DNA profile was at least one trillion times more likely if it originated from Tyler Robinson as the major contributor than from four unknown unrelated individuals.
That's exactly where Candace cuts away.
It's another example of taking one sentence from an expert, stripping away the context, and presenting a conclusion the witness never reached.
An honest investigator follows the evidence wherever it leads.
Candace takes whatever evidence supports her predetermined narrative, distorts it - and hides the rest.
The opposite of someone trying to find the truth.
