@Plusnet anyway we can contact you that’s not via phone? We don’t want our contract to renew on the 8th june for £42 but can’t cancel online and my phone is temperamental with letting people hear me on the phone 😂

@SF_England I’m part time with the open univeristy, it was approved last year for this years payments. I’m entitled to the maintenance loan due to disability. The first two instalments have been made this is my third one due on the 14th
