The NHS is not a nice place to be employed it seems. This needs serious attention by all NHS trusts or the workforce plan will remain a pie in the sky ambition.
@Jendscott Sadly those with the purse strings are not listening, emergency services do what we can but the services are not there to tap into.💚. We fight but are not heard😓so sorry for your loss,💔
