Arc Testnet will undergo a planned load testing phase on July 8, 2026.
The goal is to profile network performance and stability under edge-case conditions.
During testing, users may experience network congestion, higher failed transaction rates, higher fees, higher block times, and brief pauses in block production.

Last week, the DevRel team had the opportunity to visit Türkiye, to share about what we've been building with @arc, and our developer toolings such as the Circle Agent Stack and App Kits, but more importantly, to connect with builders on the ground.
We've held 5 events over the course of 3 days: an Arc community meetup, a main event headlined by our CEO, @jerallaire, 2 developer workshops (with a surprise drop-in sharing and Q&A session by Jeremy), and a happy hour to close.
Hundreds came through -- from founders, builders, and developers at the meetup and workshops, to C-level leaders from banks, institutions, and exchanges at the main event, with some flying into Istanbul from across the country just for the events. You don't get that kind of intensity unless a market is serious about building onchain. And Türkiye is by far one of the markets that feels most alive onchain right now.
What struck me the most was that many builders showed up knowing about our tech stack. They weren't there just for affirmation, but to connect, go deeper and to build, with many already building on Arc Testnet.
Across all the conversations I've had, if there was one constant, it was stablecoins -- not as a trade, but as everyday money. People here talked about how even their moms and grandmothers buy stablecoins and other digital assets. That kind of everyday adoption is rare anywhere else.
We came to teach, and left having learned just as much. So thank you to everyone who showed up -- the Architects, the founders, the builders.
Türkiye, this was chapter one 🇹🇷
Huge shoutout to @ezgiyaltay, @hj_chen, and the rest of the Circle team for making it all happen!
We joined forces with @thecanteenapp for the Agora Agent Hackathon.
Across 252 submissions, teams built trading agents, prediction intelligence, adaptive portfolios, cross-market execution, macro and geopolitical forecasting, and social trading, powered by Arc and Circle infrastructure. We were amazed by 183 open-sourced submissions, free to fork and build on.
Here’s what the winning teams built:
🥇1st place
Mimir: An open-source toolkit for building AI-powered claim and prediction markets with USDC. https://t.co/uu8MfsNf2k
🥈2nd place
Precall: AI-powered prediction market signals built on Arc and Circle rails for leveraging USDC-bonded calls.
https://t.co/Fs3wxJxgJl
Arcane: A zero-setup, fork-ready repo adding an agent-trustability layer on Arc.
https://t.co/tB19V5dcjt
🥉3rd place
Shadow: An Arc agent toolkit for policy-controlled USDC copy trading, MirrorRouter allows agents to mirror or block trades, while emitting receipts for onchain reputation and PnL.
https://t.co/sInDKIuCpu
Stoa Insight Bot: open-source repo for multi-agent trading, with reusable x402 verification, confidential transfers, redacted trace pinning, and tamper-evident audit trails.
https://t.co/Ybg5U2L0C0
Huge thanks to everyone who participated and congratulations to our winners! Catch all the demos and stay tuned for upcoming winner livestreams: https://t.co/9vEzlQqmHi
Arc x Canteen: Agora Hackathon Builder Spotlight
Three award-winning Agora projects are joining us live on Arc House for short demos and a cross-team builder discussion:
@Mimir_Markets: AI + onchain evidence for prediction-market claims
@MrGtee1: accountable, USDC-bonded prediction-market calls, including Agent Stack for x402-based payments
@DRBFX: portfolio intelligence and quantitative-finance tooling
Expect short demos, builder context, and discussion around Arc, USDC, Agent Stack, and x402-based payments.

Arc 🤝 @PulsarMoneyApp
Pulsar is building the app layer for personal finance and everyday payments on Arc Testnet.
The Pulsar app shows what Arc infrastructure can power beyond the chain through a neobank-style experience:
→ A unified balance across fiat and stablecoins
→ Multicurrency accounts denominated in USDC and EURC
→ Direct access to DeFi primitives and stable FX for everyday users
Arc is built for real money movement at the application layer.
More to come.
Most chains will address quantum security when they have to.
Arc is being designed with future quantum capabilities in mind from the start.
@gordonliao explains how Arc incorporates quantum-resistant signatures and a mapped path for migrating assets to quantum-safe wallets.
Arc builders showed up in London.
We kicked off the Arc at Encode Hub meetup series with developers exploring programmable money, stablecoin rails, and the agentic economy.
The Arc x Encode virtual Programmable Money Bootcamp is up next.
Builders will get:
→ Technical workshops
→ Mentorship from Arc and Encode
→ Hands-on hackathon support
→ Time to build real-world apps on Arc

New open-source code, created by builders for builders.
Join Circle and @thecanteenapp on July 16 at 10 AM ET for a walkthrough of:
→ Arc Open Source Showcase
→ Reusable apps and primitives
→ Project examples from the Canteen x Arc hackathon series

Most capital market settlement still takes days.
This ties up working capital while adding operational risk.
Arc is designed to support real-time settlement for tokenized securities, prediction markets, collateral management systems, and more with atomic DvP and deterministic finality.

Nearly half of Circle’s first 2026 Developer Grant cohort has roots in Africa or the Global South.
That wasn’t by design.
It happened because builders in Lagos, Nairobi, Accra, Durban, Port of Spain, Famagusta, and beyond are solving real problems around:
→ Cross-border payments
→ Remittances
→ SME finance
→ FX
→ Merchant payments
→ Stablecoin-native banking
Arc gives these teams a stablecoin-native settlement layer for building where the need is already clear.

Vyper on Arc Testnet shows what comes after agentic payments.
Agents need more than wallets. They need identity, settlement, and programmable controls.
@vyperlang is building toward agentic economic workflows with:
→ ERC-8004 agent identity
→ x402 payment flows
→ USDC settlement
→ Escrow, subscriptions, splits, and spending limits
A blueprint for agents that transact under rules, not just send funds.

Building a global app often means building for multiple currencies.
We built an open-source stablecoin FX sample app on Arc testnet to make that easier.
With AppKit Swaps and Circle Wallets, developers can enable swaps between USDC, EURC, and cirBTC with less integration work.
Use it as a starting point for:
→ Payments
→ Treasury
→ Marketplaces
→ Consumer apps
→ Multi-currency product experiences
Explore the repo and show us what you’re building: https://t.co/6YvnahHf5Y
The Arc team joined builders in New York for ETHGlobal NYC, with 15,000 USDC in prizes for teams building on Arc.
Across six tracks, 65 teams shipped apps and primitives exploring:
→ Advanced stablecoin logic
→ Chain-abstracted USDC flows
→ Prediction markets
→ Agentic economy use cases
→ Arc integrations for existing projects
The creativity, ambition, and quality of the submissions stood out.
