@Avalanche 😲Wow…this one is really hitting a nerve with MN ➡️ Made me look at it closer.
Love the details @Avalanche 💯🤘😈🏒🥅 MN…The lady doth protest too much, methinks.😉
The Trump administration just broke a human trafficker named Andrew Tate out of Romanian Prison and let him into the United States. If that doesn’t tell you what you need to know then I don’t know what will.
@Theholisticpsyc I love all the suggestions here. Healing for all. 🥰. I’ll add - working a program when you come from a dysfunctional family. https://t.co/RGAipfKFzl
@adhd_rachie@ADHDdesigner I (generally) buy things that don’t need ironing, but…in some cases, when I need to look like an adult 😬 I will use a steamer to get out most of the wrinkles. And they have a small footprint.
@LMFTherapistVA I know its cliche, but I love 😍my cardigans! Matching graphic t-shirt under (kid at ♥️), and matching joggers - if I’m working online only that day. Low key prof looking enough on the daily. I will snazz up the look slightly if I’m in the office/in-person - def no joggers. 🤣
@blkgirllostkeys@dailey13@findingstasia@TeamUfYH Agreed. Coaching can be helpful! Most of the info can be found for free, it’s about the personal accountability it can provide to help you to move into an action state. [Accessibility and affordability is an issue. Not blaming coaches. I want them to get paid for their work.]
@dailey13@blkgirllostkeys For cleaning help: Start with tik tok - domesticblisters (KC Davis) and she has an ADHD friendly book How to keep house while drowning.
