Despicable behaviour from #justeat drivers once again. Phone me up to lie and say that they will deliver my food in 5 mins, just to go and steal it. And @JustEatUK won’t issue a refund. Terrible customer service all round. Stop stealing customer’s money!

@AliExpress_EN conning my 13-yr-old son out of his money?! Make him wait for ages and then don’t deliver his order. Then tell him he didn’t provide proof of his order not arriving? How does he do that exactly? Where is your proof that it has been delivered? Absolute con artists!

@AmazonUK absolutely appalling treatment by your, apparent, “customer service” take a longstanding Prime customer’s money, lie about delivering the order and make them wait for three days before they can get their money back. It’s Amazon’s mistake. Disgusting behaviour!

@JustEatUK why is taking so long to get a refund for my order made on Saturday 1 October? You got my order completely wrong and sent me someone else’s food. My son went without his dinner. And you still have my money! Terrible service
