@ASOS I've been trying for more thathree months to get through to your customer care team on online chat regarding an unresolved issue relating to fraudulent activity on a previous account. Your staff tell me the "specialist customer care team" will contact me and they never do.

@UPS still owe us over £300 for the fireplace we sent for merchandise return. They lost it, then wrote to us to tell us our package was damaged in transit and "didn't meet packaging requirements" and refused to compensate, then asked what it looked like so they can return 🤔

You seem to have misleading rules advising people they can still come in groups of 6 even if they don't have id to prove they are at same address
