It has been a year since I saw my son for the final time. Throughout the past year, we have heard rumors and speculation surrounding his passing. To set the record straight, please let me be clear.
* He did not take his own life.
* There were no drugs or alcohol in his system.

A woman at work today told me that she dedicated the month of July to doing acts of kindness each day. She does this because both her parents passed away in July & she wants to remember the kindness & positive influence they had on her & others & it helps to get through the month
