@instagram instagram has logged me out of my account for no reason and I can’t log back in. Whenever I try it says ‘sorry there was a problem with your request’ I’ve changed my passwords and still the same thing. Could someone get back to me on what to do asap please?

@Samuel_baf @eleanor_jls @instagram I had to wait a few hours for the instagram support team to get back to me, they rejected it the first time but I did it again, then they emailed back and confirmed it was me and said I had 24 hours to reset my password, so I reset it and it let me back in x

@Samuel_baf @eleanor_jls @instagram I went into the change my password option and then clicked ‘try a different way’ and it came up with options, one was “I think my accounts been hacked” then I followed the steps given to me, hope this helps x
