@TUIUK I can appreciate that, but people who flew and claimed after me have already received their compensation. People on my flight have also received this. I have just received emails saying my flight cannot be found.
@cdrluk would this response be grounds to file a complaint with you about @TUIUK? It is the only response I can get with regard to a flight which was cancelled, diverted and ultimately delayed for about 19 hours. We weren’t offered a cancellation mind you!

It was brief though as they’ve gone quiet again now 😡 should’ve been offered a cancellation but had to take my 2yr old to another country for a night instead. Sounds legit right!
@TUIUK Still not replying to me @TUIUK. I know people on my flight and on many flights well after mine have received compensation. I’m getting increasingly frustrated by being ignored. Any tips for me?
@ejjrl @becksta9@Goulding_23 @adam_marks123 @Jet247 I’m beyond baffled but what I do know is @TUIUK are still avoiding me 🫢 I used flight 7763 for the claim but did try 7740 too, neither can be found. Apparently a glitch and they’re going them all manually. Naturally it wasn’t Tui who told me that though!
@TUIUK last week I was defending the fact that most flights were probably normal and media were focusing on bad stories… ask me after I’ve carted my 22 month old to Tenerife at 0:00(ish) to get to @bhx_official from Lanzarote with a huge delay. I’ll never book again @TUIUK 🫠

@Goulding_23 Sadly I’ve not yet received that one, I’d do get one confirming (incorrect) flight times and delay totals for my compensation claim! Oh, the laughter erupted when the pilot said we look forward to flying with you again soon ahaha no thanks @TUIUK
@Jet247@DailyMailUK They booked all the 29 available rooms in our hotel in Tenerife at 10pm, the guy on the Bahia desk told us when I asked. And they sent the Tenerife flight home at 6pm, we were the last to know!
