@JetBlue off the phone w/cruises. Package completed since June, no point or tiles. Agent w/roving timeline, days to wks, no resolution. Very inefficient service
@JetBlue Waiting to start my vacation, but JetBlue never fails to disappoint. 9:30am flight and almost 11am and haven’t boarded yet. Shame! No explanation given for the delay

@JFKairport why on God’s green earth can you ever get you checked bags in a reasonable amount of time, especially when you only have 49 passengers on a flight. Unbelievably inefficient! Shame!
@JFKairport Flight 941. JetBlue. We waited about an hour for our bags. A passenger had to look for a worker who announced over the PA system an apology for the delay. Incredibly sad
@JetBlue if this is the kind of service that JetBlue provides, what do we have in store for passengers with the @SpiritAirlines merger. The travel Gods help us all.
@JetBlue connecting flt B941, from B1194, started out promising, got those connecting off the initial flt from MBJ, but no luggage 1 hr later, then no one to assist at Boston airport. Check-in agents were clueless and unhelpful, until someone finally called after we complained.
@Macys unbelievably poor credit card services. A 3rd rate card, for a first rate business. Got declined for trying to buy my wife an expensive gift for our anniversary, at Macy’s mind you! Well within my credit limit, now have to wait for days for a mailed letter. Not worth it
@MTA Well that hope was in vain. What did I expect from a quasi-private corporation; of course cards returned, more than two years had passed. Not even the courtesy of including a new MetroCard; which by the way only cost $1. Shameful. CSR# 3985938
@MTA After working through the Pandemic, dealing with trauma, uncertainties, I found two expired MetroCards in my wallet. Dang, I thought, didn’t know they were there. Expired since 2019, with one depleted and one with a small balance. So sent them in to MTA Customer, with hope!
@JetBlue showed that most of their JFK airport workers require training in customer service and crisis management skills. No not crisis mgmt, routine airline issues such as cancellations and rebooking
