@LeoSoulsLiker @93pedrobravo Hi, some of the talks will be recorded, I let the individual speakers decide. Next week we will see in which form those recordings will be accessible. Please stay tuned and check the Official Website for information
@andrewarana Let me know when you discover the reason! I wonder if this is a cultural thing and if logic would be seen as “leftist” in other countries.
@TomekSteifer I can't stop thinking about Protasevich myself. It's more than politics, it's about trying to put ourselves in a situation we've never been in and hopefully never will be. Though, you found a very disturbing comment to share
@TomekSteifer I really liked the dilemma in the movie, for me it put additional level to the current discussion about gender identity and social roles. When I think about it, when I dress up I feel like a drag queen myself. Maybe we could engineer the concept (Haslanger style)
I just watched a Swedish movie about a drag queen show in Stockholm: a girl pretends to be a boy who is a drag queen because she wants to dance in the show. This discovery is not easy for everyone to bear. Shouldn’t girls have the right to be drag queens if they want it?
The political version of the trolley problem (based on the recent events) goes as follows: can the International Ice Hockey Federation remain politically neutral under the occurring circumstances? That is, are neutral while claiming that the flag should not be changed? 1/n
