I'm regularly experiencing the dilemma of getting prescriptions dispensed safely and effectively or delivery of services. We are time and resource poor - because the funding is insufficient.

Perhaps when patients have to regularly search to find a pharmacy willing to dispense their prescriptions in a timeframe that meets their expectations, something might be done.
