Medical CARE is better than insurance coverage.

I'm actually really thankful for insurance. I've used it, ha. So has my family.

And yet, the CARE is what matters most. Seeing a doctor when you need to, knowing your doctor who also knows you/your family, these are things insurance can't promise.
