The scandal of the cross was not a silent event. It was a loud and grim testament of what evil can do to people & God.They killed Jesus to silence him but God turned it into a strong voice of redemption;a triumph of good over evil. Silence has its place but never to comfort evil.
Our body goes into these autonomic responses without any conscious thought each time we feel triggered or experience loss of connection. This is why people with unresolved trauma can’t feel safe in their body or the responses are so extreme or intense.
Perhaps, Liza Soberano should learn how to keep quiet for now. Frankly, she needs to learn how to choose her words wisely before she reaches the state of being hopeless. And one more thing, she doesn’t have the acting chops of Kathryn Bernardo to deliver Hello, Love, Goodbye.

I agree with this so much. So many men have been so conditioned to bottling things up and never being emotionally vulnerable. Always needing to be macho and have a fragile male ego.
3. Reminding myself of my impending death. Life is fickle & can get taken away from you at any time. This is why I pursue my dreams without abandon.
4. Learning how to grieve. As I get older I will face the death of my loved ones. I must prepare myself & my family for this.
