Why do I keep going back to pornography, masturbation, sexual conversations or secret romance even after praying sincerely?”

There is a question someone may be asking after reading my testimony:

I asked similar questions during my years of struggle.

Sometimes, we are asking God to deliver us while still keeping close the things that constantly awaken the desire.

You pray at night, but you still follow pages that constantly expose you to sexual content.

You ask God for purity, but you continue having sexually suggestive conversations with that brother or sister.

You delete the pornography today, but tomorrow you deliberately search for content that stimulates the same desires.

You are praying for freedom, but you have not changed the environment feeding the bondage.

Jesus taught us to deal seriously with whatever continually leads us into sin.

Matthew 5:29 says, “If your right eye causes you to stumble, gouge it out and throw it away.”

Jesus was showing us how seriously we should treat sin. Do not manage what repeatedly destroys you. Take decisive action.

Brother, perhaps there are contacts you need to block.

Sister, perhaps there are conversations you need to end.

Maybe there are films you should stop watching.

Maybe you should stop taking your phone to bed because you already know what normally happens when you are alone at midnight.

Maybe loneliness, boredom, rejection, stress or certain memories have become triggers for you. Learn to recognise the pattern instead of only dealing with the fall afterwards.

The Bible says in Romans 13:14:

“Rather, clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not think about how to gratify the desires of the flesh.”

Please understand this.

Freedom is not only about saying NO to sin. It is also about saying YES to Christ daily.

Fill your mind with God's Word.

Develop a genuine prayer life.

Guard what enters your eyes.

Be careful about your relationships.

Find trustworthy accountability.

And when temptation comes, do not negotiate with it.

Flee.

Joseph did not remain in Potiphar's house trying to prove how spiritually strong he was. When temptation became physical, he ran.

Sometimes running is not cowardice.

Running is wisdom.

I struggled for years, so I am not speaking to condemn anybody. I am telling you what I wish I had understood much earlier.

God wants to help you, but stop protecting the doors through which the enemy keeps entering.

You cannot keep feeding what you are praying for God to kill.

Bring it into the light.

Close the doors.

Run from temptation.

Draw closer to Jesus.

Freedom is possible.

Because this Glass combines AI, sensors, and GPS to help the user detect things in front of them, avoid obstacles, and know their location

But the most amazing thing is if the user gets lost, the GPS tracking system can help locate where they are from anywhere, and then send the location to the phone of the person taking care of them via WhatsApp or Email 📲

And now I am further developing it to a new level of AI + Voice, so it can speak with the user and also help them understand their surroundings

You don’t get to talk about threats when your administration has spent the last few years becoming the biggest threat to ordinary Kenyans. And this habit of calling everyone who disagrees with you “anti-development” has to stop. Kenyans have every right to question you. That’s not being against progress.
