It’s a seller’s market if demand is exceeding supply which it’s not. In a seller’s market, buyers concede things like inspections because sellers have bargaining power. You just stated that’s no longer the case.

Rising rates have driven down demand on mortgages. 3. Supply has stayed the same or increased. All 3 fit the definition of a buyer’s market & oppose the definition of a seller’s market. It’s simple economics.
