@IamTrevorMurphy We had three pods of 3-5 designers each working in a certain domain, so easy to be aware of work in one’s pod. Then also had three weekly critique sessions; tried to split up pods so folks could see other work. Re-assigned critique groups every 1-2 quarters for variety.
@jfdonohoe @sarahdoody Totally agree. Very challenging to tell a clear story about a messy, non-linear process, so often people either oversimplify or go into complicated tangents that are hard for audience to follow.
