Working on a tool to reduce admin time for people in client-facing jobs (law, property, therapy, etc.)

Trying to validate a painful admin problem in client-facing jobs (think vets, solicitors, estate agents, etc.)
Tried Reddit but posts tend to get deleted.
How do you do early-stage validation?

Problem: “We can’t release daily. The business decides when we can release new features.”
Solution: Decouple release from deployment.
Here’s how:
1. Hide new features via feature flags
2. Deploy daily
3. The product owner changes a setting to instantly show a new feature
