@deptinfra haven’t seen any diversion signs for the closure on the Lagan Towpath? Would also be good to see some temporary signs on the road nearby to warn road users of the increased cycle traffic due to the unofficial diversion of the National Cycle Network #sustrans

@BorisJohnson the congestion charge uses number plate recognition to assess what vehicles pay, how is it going to check inside a lorry to see what is being smuggled into the UK through Northern Ireland? Are you proposing some sort of X-ray machine? Or maybe border checks?🤔
