@Uber I’m sick of HK taxi drivers overcharging me by entering a higher meter fare - it happens at least 50% of the time. When I contest it, even with photographic evidence, you rule in favour of the driver. Are there no consequences for drivers that defraud their passengers?

@gunnarmorling The contents of one file determines which further files to download. And the process is path dependent. The best it can do, without delegating the resolution to the repository, is batch up all the next nodes in the dependency graph and download them in one go
