@OctopusEnergy My appointment to have my EV charger installed has now been cancelled for the second time, no notification given today, two days taken off work wasted. Having to use a 3 pin charger which is costing me a fortune as I can’t be put onto an EV tariff. What a shambles!

Terrible service from @O2 over the last week over an order which is stuck in ‘processing’. Spoken to several people over the phone, on Twitter and in store, given three reference numbers which seem to close for no reason. I’d like to get this resolved please!
@TRPlymouth A bit annoying that I won’t get the cost of the cancellation protection refunded as well as the ticket price, I know it’s only a few quid but I wasted fuel to get there and won’t even get a full refund.
