How can @easyJet be allowed a license to fly out of Gatwick without ANY customer service facility? Cancelling flights with no notice - discovered at security with no alternative flights for a week! And nobody on the phone lines @grantshapps

@UKHospKate @British_Airways They’re atrocious Kate, so sad to see. As someone who has travelled with them loyally for years and commuted with them weekly for the last 3 years I’ve now turned to Ryanair - who’s service has been excellent in comparison. The worlds gone mad!

Another day of no @vodafone_de internet in Berlin (10119). 3 in 1 week and constant downtime on other days. When will someone fix this????

@British_Airways Ahhhhh. Another 4 days… now a month since the shambles and still not one interaction with a human being at British Airways to try and rectify their multiple failures. Now out of pocket for car hire, fuel, additional testing, new luggage. #Disgraceful

As someone that has loyally flown weekly pre & during the pandemic with @British_Airways I am utterly disgusted with their service of late... Flights cancelled at last minute, 5+ hour delays, damaged luggage and yet the website doesn’t work to report and nobody answers the phone!

@British_Airways Another 24 hours has passed, another day without resolution…. Now 24 days since my flight was cancelled whilst at the airport, being forced to land 5 hours late into an alternative airport and having my luggage damaged. Another confirmation that British Airways no longer cares

@HeathrowAirport Busiest airport in Europe spending tens of millions per year on data and you can’t provide arrivals with an estimate in queue time??? Surely you can share the average time for the last 7 days. It’s impossible to know how & when to book safe onward travel #Shambles #unsafeheathrow

What are the current average wait time @HeathrowAirport T5 upon landing / clearing passport control?? Clarity is needed for people to book safe onward travel - trains / cars / taxis etc. Landing this week and blind to any info. Please help

@grantshapps whilst people are fully aware of the need for rigorous checks at the border why are you / U.K. Border Force / Heathrow etc not at the very least supplying data on average wait times - clarity is key to ensuring safe onward travel and reducing dwelling in terminals
