I've built this habit to fight the brainrot AI causes:

For any bigger task, literally open text editor and start writing raw. Map out what you're trying to accomplish and define the core problem to be solved. Then lay out situational context on the task, especially things that are different to the "best practice". Define what good would look like and your thinking process on how you would accomplish it if AI would not exist.
