When I started working directly with the public, I was worried that a customer yelling at me over something I could do nothing about would affect me.

Turns out, it's hard to get affected by a customer yelling at you in a language you don't speak.

I left Brazil it was around 19°C at noon, so I was wearing jeans and boots and had a thick hoodie.

I arrive in Malta and it's not even 8am it's already 29°C.... still in the jeans and boots (hoodie was gone the second I got off the first plane)
