@coopuk is there a way to speak to a team member online without having to go through Cooper (AI bot)? The DM chat is full of irrelevant question suggestions so I think my original query/issue has been lost. Is there a company email I can use instead?
@FitbitSupport Hi, thanks for finally coming back to me but I got rid of my Fitbit device 2 weeks ago and have no plans to get another. I've had so many issues with the later Charge models and all the online forums seem to agree - it seems they peaked with the Charge 2.
My @fitbit Charge 5 has once again died on me, but none of the resets are working (tried 3 presses on the charge lead, tried the 10 second method...). No signs of life. It showed a brief flutter of the logo when I first plugged it in but then back to black. Help? @FitbitSupport
@krispykremeUK Thank you. I have done and they have been very helpful, although cannot see where the difference has come from. Neither can my bank. If I can find someone else with this experience, maybe I can work out what happened - although, in a way, I hope it hasn't happened to anyone else!
Has anyone noticed a discrepancy between what the receipt says and what they've been charged regarding purchases at @TweetBluewater@krispykremeUK particularly if banking with @HalifaxBank ? I'm missing 25p and so far no one can work out why. Has anyone else had this happen?
Additional - the customer service teams at Krispy Kreme and Halifax have been very polite and helpful, albeit unable to come up with anything. So I'm trying to establish if it's a one-off incident where I've been unlucky, or possibly a system error somewhere.
@krispykremeUK Thank you, I have sent an email. I hope someone comes back to me soon - I have Smiles due to expire at the end of the month but I'm not sure I want to redeem them at the same store - it's a cash free shop so there's no other way to pay. I sincerely hope this is a one off error ๐ค
@krispykremeUK any idea why I would have been charged ยฃ16.88 for a transaction when the receipt says ยฃ16.63? I know it's only pence difference, but that really doesn't sit right with me?! ๐
@DisneyPlus any reason why my Movies A-Z section won't go beyond listings beginning with D? I can get down to Di... But nothing further. Tried on the TV, mobile app and web browser - same result every time. Is there not a way to filter by letter in order to see all titles?
We bought a TV from @JohnLewisRetail in January. Within a few weeks it was glitching, so they sent out a third party engineer who said the motherboard was failing, it was a common issue and they would replace it. Three weeks later they still couldn't get the part, so... 1/2
Further to this saga, @JohnLewisRetail have been incredibly helpful, very apologetic and accommodating. It's a shame the third party didn't come through with the replacement parts in the first place, and that the cheaper @panasonic TVs are not fit for purpose these days... (1/2)
Today at @sainsburys the cashier took it upon themselves to redeem all of my Mum's Nectar points against her shopping without even asking, thus without permission. My Mum was quite upset when she realised what had happened as she saves them for Xmas. Surely this can't be allowed?
