Hey @LensCrafters do y'all really have to be so rude to me for simply callin' to check on my glasses after you

1. break the specialty bifocal prism lenses required for my neurological disorder, miss the first promised date, and don't tell me; and

2. miss the second promised date & don't tell me, given that

test-drivin' this new bifocal prism prescription is an essential part of the information needed for my upcoming ophthalmological examination?

I LOVE that I can uuusually rely on @LensCrafters to be the only place where style & quality meet value. : )

BUT this time I:

1. am still without my glasses & blinder than Bartimaeus;

2. got yelled at by an "associate" who thought prism glasses are sunglasses with a mirror finish (like, wow); and

3. have spent so much on your "budget package" that my kids are cryin' right now fer vittles that ain't Chef Boyardee the 10th night in a row! What do I tell 'em? : (

This hardly seems like the way to treat a v. loyal customer.

Given that yer (in)famously waifish & brittle lenses apparently'll even shatter if the lab's A/C gets a li'l excitable-like, I'd say I'm at least owed the security of a conciliatory backup pair for the ordeal you've put my family through.

My walls (plus some overflow stands) are covered in instruments: two acoustic guitars, five electric guitars, an acoustic bass, an electric bass, three banjos, a mandolin, a piano, & a drum set.

I love my Fender parlor guitar, which hangs over my bed, & which I can pull down to play in bed on those days that just aren't my day so to speak, disability-wise.

I also discovered that I can easily record audio & then directly export it as video on my smartphone.

Here's something I recorded all convalescent-like yesterday, my song "The Argent Moment." I like the extended technique bits at the end.
