@PostNL hello, I sent the package to Spain on 8th November. It said delivered but my cousin who lives there never accept the package. Also the delivery address was wrong whilst I put the address right. I sent the package to that address couple of times before. Can you help us??

@PostNL We just found out that the one who is handling our package is not from Correos but from Sending Barcelona. How come?? Can you help us to get their number? Cause we can’t call them
