It's mental health awareness week 🧠✨️

At the start of the year I was commissioned by the NHS to create two illustrations for @onyourmindglos - an online mental health resource finder for under 25s.

@onyourmindglos The first design is called "Reaching Out" - conveying the action of reaching out for support. I think it can be one of the most difficult parts of managing mental health. The aim of OYMG is to empower young people to be able to access mental health resources much more easily.

This second design, "Garden of Your Mind", represents the different seasons we can go through with our mental health. I think it can be helpful to think of our mental health as something that we manage and tend to rather than try to cure.

The Flourishing Floodplains sculpture I co-created with @VenturePlay & The Friendship Cafe for @WWTworldwide has now been installed in @EastgateGlos ! It was inspired by the abundance and variety of life that resides within our local floodplain meadows 🌧️🌿🦋
