Not speaking your truth makes the human body sick.

I just woke up to clarity on healing the body of emotional sickness.

Talk about putting pieces of a puzzle together half asleep and having a huge epiphany 💡

Confession/identification of human emotions to the person you need to speak to is healing. Holding truth inside makes the body emotionally sick! I saw it in a way I’ve never seen it before. When the Bible says confess your sins to one another so you may be healed - it is 100% truth. Sin can be not doing something you need to do to love yourself properly as simple as speaking your truth.
