@JWagstaffe @pentononcbc Hi Doug, wading in. These sea "lake" smoke swirls are very common over open lakes in Arctic Outbreaks. They probably happen every day if you look at the right place at the right time. This one particularly beautiful and similar to dust devils... definitely not a waterspout.
