A critical vulnerability is currently being exploited on X to automatedly ban major accounts in the K-pop community.

An organized group is abusing the "Counterfeit" reporting tool as a weapon against the Enhypen fandom community and other K-pop groups. They have discovered a loophole that triggers instant, automatic bans without human review.

The Impact So Far:
* Over 50 Premium high-value, verified accounts with hundreds of thousands of followers suspended.
* Bot-Loop Appeals: Standard appeal channels are failing. Automated bots instantly reject the appeals, preventing human oversight.
* Ongoing Attack: The exploit is spreading daily because users see that the "Counterfeit" method successfully bypasses safety guardrails.

We need urgent assistance from a human support lead or engineering team to pause these automated counterfeit bans on our community and review the wrongfully suspended accounts.

okay gets na the pubmats and pre-recorded promo vids featuring the former member were obviously shot months ago before his departure. contract obligations exist, fine. but printing his face directly onto a physical packaging was completely avoidable btw! ntm that it's also insensitive to both him and the remaining six members. you're profiting off a lineup that no longer exists. you couldn't reshoot, okay, but you had every opportunity to adjust the "box art" to reflect the current 6-member lineup instead of slapping an outdated ot7 photoshoot on it.

enha has spent the last few months working so hard to establish their new chapter, solidifying their identity and performance as six members. the six of them are the ones currently promoting, doing the work, and holding down the "ENHYPEN" name right now.

if dunkin couldn’t be bothered to fix the print run for the boxes, the very least they can do is make sure the actual campaign banners, billboards etc feature the current 6-member lineup only during the fanmeet. let's not make your brand ambassadors uncomfortable @dunkinph 🙏
