@gymking_ hi, I have received my order last week but need to return a few items do to a bit of a sizing issue (entirely my fault due to an over indulged Christmas) ha. When I search for the order number to get the returns label it says order not found. Please help! 😂

And to top it off …went on to reorder something and the account,which I have an email to say the refund has be applied doesn’t have the money on it. What on earth is going on. Surely the ombudsman needs to look at processes in place here? The reviews online speak volumes

@JustEatUK I’ve just had a huge delay on a McDonald’s order for myself, my partner and our children. Over an hour, then the order turned up without fries for anything. I don’t want account credit, I want the money back in my bank!!! Terrible customer service!
