Additionally, in RE6, his "Samurai" outfit has irezumi tattoos as well. Cherry blossoms only bloom for a short period before they fall, when mixed with clouds in irezumi, they represent the transience of life, a reminder to appreciate life's beauty in its fleeting moments.

The tattoos in Chris “Heavy Metal” outfit are called “Horimono/Irezumi” a form of traditional Japanese tattooing where each creature & flower carries a symbolic meaning. On his bicep, a dragon can be seen, which in irezumi represents bravery, protection, & strength. 1/2 #REBHFun
