@u2songs Still getting denied. Bought in verified fan sale and first date offered was November 3.. @Ticketmaster now claiming it was only October dates, which is not what the original email stated when they contacted us offering a refund. They of course are blaming @U2 for the mixup.

@u2songs @TMFanSupporteam @TMFanSupport Ticketmaster sent out emails to people with obstructed seats offering a refund and opportunity to buy tickets to another show to replace them. In good faith, refunds were requested and you are denying them.

@u2songs For those still waiting definitely escalate your refund claim! Yesterday thanks to @u2songs repost @TMFanSupport reached out to me. I sent screenshots of my order number from the TM app & the refund email I received followed up & I got an email saying refund is being processed.

I should have known better than to use @StubHub. Sold tickets for a concert that took place June 10th and still have not been paid. Calls to their service line have been fruitless. #stubhubsucks
