@FixingEducation @buzzjorgensen You can't throw a kid away because they are disrespectful, break the rules, and don't care. Putting them on virtual is telling them that they don't matter. Even the ones that are awful. There are other options. It's hard and I see them every day but we can't throw them away.

I correct my original tweet. It has now been 12 months, that's a full year and my panels have still not passed inspection. Still paying but not receiving any benefits. @its20good how can you sell a product that takes more than a year to finish?

I have to brag on my teammate, @mrsenzweilerBES—Her Ss got to work in groups to create a pizza using fraction knowledge. Then they made commercials and an ad for their pizza for our local pizza place, @Poseidons_Pizza. The owners talked about entrepreneurship & chose the winners!

I think all administrators should teach students on a regular basis. It keeps them keep sharp, empathize with teachers and students, and provides an opportunity to be a model classroom. It lends credibility to decisions and respect amongst the staff.
