Men,
The tears of a man are not seen because they silently drip into his stomach,
He bleeds silently in places his family cannot see,
This is so that the people he loves never have to cry or bleed.
So, work,
Keep going.

Modern parents are raising self-entitled swamp rats.
• They buy them smartphones at an early age
• Dance with them in TikTok videos
• Reward them when they throw tantrums
• Avoid punishing them
• Employ housemaids to carry out house tasks as children sit and play in the house
These children can't wash their clothes, cook a simple meal, or clean the table after a meal.
They even insult housemaids.
Some even talk back to their parents.
These are the children who grow to become the idiots you see saying, "children need privacy."
Which privacy?
The results of a poorly raised child are so many awkward and displeasing teenagers and young adults on X insulting people and disrespecting order.
Children need strict supervision and instant punishment.
Otherwise, the consequences will be catastrophic.
I wish I can understand this language but all I can tell is this is a full TV live program broadcasting an Arsenal Parade. Not sure of the country but still in Africa. Africa deserves a pre - season tour. We need to give them this. I know we can’t visit all countries but lets choose at least one.
A man's end month:
"Daddy, new shoes for church. Mummy said the one I wanted was 2,000."
"Hello dear, also, don't forget to deposit Ray's fees tomorrow. It is 18,000 for Grade 5 pupils."
"Hello Dad, the WiFi isn't working. I have an online lesson for Research Writing this evening. Send 6,500 to pay for its reconnection."
"Hello parents, the Grade 10 Yellow will be going for a Mathematics trip to the Museum of Illusion, Nairobi. The cost of the trip per student is 15,000."
"Boss, the tree on the lower side fell on the cowshed. Fundi repaired it. Send 4,000."
"Hello, dear, my dad's monthly diabetes clinic is tomorrow. Send me 7,000 to fuel the car."
"Baba Ray, good afternoon. Ray took three bunches of bananas for cooking yesterday. The Bill is 1500."
"Bro, the vet treated mum's cow. I paid 100, the balance is 2,900."
"Boss, the balance on the previous repair of the sockets and bulbs was 6,000. Please send me so that I can pay the electrical shop."
"Bro, my husband was severely injured last night after a fight. We are fundraising for his head surgery. As my elder bro, send 3,000."
"Hello, sir, James, the janitor in the maintenance department, lost his wife. We are fundraising. Send 1,000."
"Boss, I will not be there on Wednesday, so bring your car for service tomorrow morning. The bill is 8,000."
"Hello, cousin, I was called for an interview but I don't have fare. Please send me 1,000 for fare and lunch."
"Praise God, brethren, Kevin's wedding committee will sit tomorrow. As the chairman, you will kickstart the fundraising with 25,000."
"Good evening, your gym subscription will end tomorrow. Please pay 2,500 to continue with your fitness classes without interruption. Thank you."
"Hi, I need a favour. My gas went off when I had just put the veggies on cooker. Please send me 3,000. I will refund you tomorrow."
To be a MAN is to bear responsibility for all things.

The top 5 wealthiest people in the world are:
1. Elon Musk: Tesla, SpaceX
2. Larry Page: Google
3. Sergey Brin: Google
4. Jeff Bezos: Amazon
5. Mark Zuckerberg: META
What is the most interesting thing you can see about these billionaires?
These are not politicians.
They are not doctors or lawyers.
These are founders.
They founded, own, and invest heavily in technology innovation companies.
Now, if you want to be relevant in the next 10 years, invest your resources in these 5 companies.
This doesn't mean buying shares in them.
It means aligning your skills around these companies.
For example, if you are a carpenter, identify a product or service in these companies, then build an idea around it, and then develop a product or service based on those products or services.
Or, if you are an interior designer, find out how you can borrow an idea from these companies or how you can leverage your skill using the products and services built by these companies.
The era of saying,
"I am going to school because I want to be a lawyer," — is gone.
These traditional careers began losing their grandeur two decades ago.
I am not saying being a lawyer is bad.
What I am saying is that even if you are a lawyer, align your skills and leverage your work with the products and services of companies owned by the top 5 wealthiest individuals.
Why is this so?
Because where the wealthiest people are, that is where the value sits. That is what people want.
These billionaires are not there by accident.
They are there because the world wants what they are selling.
In 1970, an Australian wheat farmer got into a dispute with his government over how much wheat he could sell. So he declared his farm an independent country. The government ignored him. He ruled it as a prince for the next 50 years.
His name was Leonard Casley. He owned a 75 square kilometre property in Western Australia, several hours north of the city of Perth. The Australian government had set new wheat quotas that would let him sell only about one percent of his crop. When he protested, he claimed officials threatened to forcibly take his land. So he found an obscure British law from 1495 called the Treason Act, which said a “de facto king” of any territory could not be charged with treason. He declared his farm a sovereign nation, named himself Prince Leonard, and notified Australia.
Under Australian law at the time, the government had two years to formally object. They didn’t. Leonard took the silence as legal recognition.
He went all in. He printed his own currency. He printed his own stamps. He issued his own passports. He gave his wife and seven children royal titles. He built a tiny stone palace. He set up embassies in nine countries.
In 1977, when the Australian Tax Office kept demanding taxes, he formally declared war on Australia. A few days later, having received no military response, he declared a ceasefire and announced victory. The tax demands stopped.
Tourists started showing up. At its peak, his “country” had 40,000 visitors a year. He stamped their passports for them. He sold them his stamps and coins.
In 2016, on the principality’s 46th anniversary, Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom personally sent him a letter wishing his country a happy birthday.
Leonard ruled for 47 years. He passed away in 2019 at 93. His son Graeme took over, but the tax bill had grown to over three million Australian dollars and Covid had stopped the tourists. In August 2020, the Principality of Hutt River formally rejoined Australia.
Arsenal in the 25/26 season (so far)
1st in the Premier League
1st in the Champions League
Carabao Cup Final
FA Cup Quarter Final
3rd most goals in all comps across Europes top 5 leagues.
Best defensive record in the UCL.
Best defensive record in the Premier League.
3 losses in 44 games,
14 clean sheets in 30 Premier League games.
6 Academy Debutants in the 1st team this season.
Youngest FA cup debutants (so Arteta does play the youth)
I say all of this to say… this season has been positive. We’re 8 games away from the end of the Premier League season… we have 5 home games left, we only leave London once in the remaining 8 games & we’re 7 points clear.
We’ve got Leverkusen in the round of 16 & if we win that? It’s Sporting/Bodo Glimt in the QF… so most people expect us to reach a UCL semi final, whilst having a rotated squad in the previous rounds.
We’re in the Carabao Cup final at Wembley (Where Arteta is undefeated in finals/shields) and we’re in the FA Cup final where a fortunate draw could lead us to the Semi final or final.
Now’s the time to get behind the boys. COME ON YOU GUNNERS❤️
🚨🎙️ | Patrice Evra says Arsenal might need to stop playing “pretty football” if they want to beat Pep Guardiola’s team.
🗣 “I don’t care if they don’t play attractive football, waste time, or bend the rules they need to win the Premier League at any cost.
Mikel Arteta is not here to please anyone; he’s here to win. If that means relying on set pieces or putting the club’s style aside for big trophies, so be it.”

“Eating just ONE egg a day increases your risk of diabetes by 60%”
I need everyone to sit with that for a second.
I eat 6 to 12 eggs a day. Every single day. For the past year.
And in that same year I:
🥚Reversed type 2 diabetes
🥚Reversed insulin resistance
🥚Reversed sleep apnea
🥚Stabilized my blood sugar
🥚Balanced my hormones
🥚Eliminated perimenopause symptoms
🥚Lost 140 pounds
🥚Got my brain back
On EGGS. Beef. Bacon. Butter.
This is exactly the kind of fear propaganda that kept me sick for 47 years. Headlines designed to keep you terrified of real food so you keep buying processed garbage and prescription pills instead.
Eggs are one of the most nutrient dense foods on the planet. Complete protein. Choline for your brain. B12 for your nervous system. Healthy fat for your hormones. The yolk alone is a multivitamin.
They don’t want you to know that. A healthy population is a terrible business model.
I was headed for an early grave. Eggs didn’t almost kill me. Believing this kind of nonsense almost killed me.
Never again. 🥚🥩👑

“Hello Mr. Spire.
Greetings to you! I hope this finds you well sir. I am a third year student at Makerere Business school, majoring in accounting. I recently lost my mother who has been my sole guardian and provider. In this tough situation, I am also in my final semester of school and so I cannot afford to drop out lest all my mothers’ sacrifices would have gone to waste. During her time here, she endeavored to ensure that on top of education I acquire practical skills. In this, I acquired a braiding skill in my senior six vacation. It has helped me peruse through university with acquiring my own personal belongings without burdening my mother. The problem I am facing right now is I am sitting here with a heavy burden of this semester’s tuition to complete university.
I want to use this platform and opportunity to kindly ask for mobile braiding gigs to raise my tuition. I have a team of dedicated friends i learnt with the skill that are ready to stand by me in this period to raise the money, so I won’t be doing the work alone. I am taking off 3 weeks of this semester ( 9th - 29th ) to focus on raising this money through the braiding gigs. I am humbly requesting everyone and anyone to support me. The sessions will be mobile ( I find you where you are). Please book your appointments between (5th - 10th March) for better planning via WhatsApp 0747416141.
It is the month of women and I am a woman in need asking the community to stand with me to finish this education milestone.
Please share widely with your friends and family. Men, please treat your women to a good service this month of women!
Have a blessed day!”
Arsène Wenger on Arsenal winning the league:
Arsenal are winning the league — no excuses, no explanations. They have everything it takes to do it.
And if they win it, it will not be because their opponents were weak. In fact, this has been one of the greatest Premier League seasons of the century. A season where almost every team has had its moment at the top.
There were periods where Bournemouth looked unstoppable, then Sunderland took control, Chelsea dominated, Liverpool surged, Aston Villa looked like contenders, and now Manchester City are having their run. At different moments, every one of these teams made people believe they could win the league.
But through all of that chaos, there has been one team that kept standing — Arsenal.
Constant. Consistent. Resilient.
Even when setbacks came, Arsenal remained there. Their quality, mentality, experience, and belief have taken them further than many expected.
And believe me, when Arsenal win this league, it will not just be a title. It could be the beginning of a long and dominant era.
That is the real warning to the rest of the league. 🔴⚪️
Whenever I have a misunderstanding with my husband that leads to me making a wrong decision or reacting improperly, at the end of our conversation he usually tells me something:
“Women don’t always think wide. You think straight. You don’t always check left and right to see the consequences before acting.”
What he means is that sometimes I may not pause to ask myself:
Will this cost me later?
Will I be able to defend this action?
Will I regret this?
Over time, that advice has helped me. It has taught me to think before I speak, think before I act, and consider the outcome of my decisions.
Interestingly, there have been moments when people could tell I was married just by the way I behaved.😅
One particular time was during a teachers’ meeting. A guest speaker was addressing us, and many colleagues were asking questions. I waited, listened carefully from beginning to end, and asked my question last.
The speaker looked at me and said, “You’re married.”
I laughed and asked him why he said that. After the meeting, he explained that the way I listened attentively and spoke calmly showed discipline and guidance.
That experience reminded me of something important: not everything you see requires a reaction. Not everything you hear requires a response. Sometimes wisdom is in listening more, observing more, and speaking only when necessary.
This story isn’t about silence. It’s about discernment.
Not everything deserves your voice.
Most people were trained to chase abstract skills.
Skills that depend on platforms.
Skills that disappear when systems change.
But hands-on skills are different.
They are tied to human needs and not trends.
They are easy to monetize because the value exchange is direct.
Problem to solution to payment.
This is why tradesmen, farmers, technicians, and builders survive economic pressure.

Good morning, Honorable Minister! Congratulations on being an original Mukiga. You may not know this, but my great grandfather was from Ndorwa as well.
Allow me to share a small piece of advice we were taught growing up about how adults handle anger. Being raised with discipline and strong values is admirable. However, true adulthood is also reflected in how one speaks and behaves in public. When someone presents themselves as mature and focused, that maturity should show through restraint, responsibility, and respect in their words.
A grown person does not need to rely on family background or ethnic identity to justify harsh or emotional statements. On public platforms especially, our words shape how others see us and the communities we come from. Real maturity is not shown by attacking critics, but by engaging ideas calmly and constructively.
