Now I'm told that the warranty won’t cover replacing the door hook.
My R7 000 down the drain, I bought a washing machine that I never used, and now I'm liable to pay to fix it. I don't understand how I could have dropped the machine that was carried by their team in my kitchen.

@cpdncaa i request your intervention as am helpless, i bought a 10kg front loader washing machine of @Midea on 30th January 2026 at @FairPrice_ZA Alex Mall. The machine was delivered by their team on 31st January 2026 at 17:02. @FairPrice_ZA had already closed by 3 pm.

I emailed a picture of the door and a dent on the corner of the machine.
On Friday a technician came, I explained and showed him the dents and broken door hook.
Today they tell me that I dropped the washing machine( mind you it was delivered to my kitchen by @FairPrice_ZA team)
