@nayibbukele Countries that suffer from violent gangs only do so because their governments tolerate them.
A functioning government should be fully capable of ending rampant crime and murders.
It only takes 3% of a population, 100% committed to a goal, to change a nation. All the revolutions and movements in the world have proven this to be true. We likely have 10 times that much of the population here in Alberta, and this is only beginning.
Maggie the Rancher just flexed on every diet guru telling you meat will kill you.
At 85 years old, Maggie White is still working 14-hour days on her Alberta cattle ranch — often in sub-zero temperatures — and she looks like she could outwork half the people half her age. She’s been a lifelong carnivore for more than 65 years. Meat and water. That’s it. No kale. No seed oils. No “balanced plate” lectures from people who’ve never castrated a bull in a blizzard.
Born in 1941, she left veterinary school, moved west, and built a life raising cattle. While the rest of the world was being told red meat causes heart disease and aging, Maggie just kept eating the food that made sense to her body and kept working the land. She still runs her herd, still does the physical work, and still looks decades younger than her actual age. When most people her age are managing pill organizers, she’s managing cattle.
This isn’t theory. This is a woman who dropped the modern food guidelines before most of them existed and never looked back. Hard physical work + ancestral food = function that refuses to quit. She doesn’t need a study to tell her what she can already feel in her arms, her joints, and her ability to still get the job done every single day.
The same institutions that spent decades warning us away from meat now have to explain people like Maggie. The ones who ignored the advice, ate the animals they raised, and stayed strong while everyone else got softer, sicker, and more medicated. Ranchers like her have been living the experiment the rest of us are only now catching up to.
Maggie doesn’t flex for likes. She flexes because the work still needs doing and her body still answers the call. That’s the real flex — not looking young for your age, but remaining capable of the life you actually want to live.
Eat the meat. Do the work. Stay dangerous. 🥩
What if the medical journals you trust most are really just fancy ads for drug companies? That is the blunt warning from Richard Smith, who ran the famous BMJ journal for 13 years.
In a 2005 essay, Smith said medical journals have become “an extension of the marketing arm of pharmaceutical companies.” He spent decades inside the system. He watched how the money worked. Drug ads bring in cash, but that is not the biggest problem. The real power comes from industry-funded studies. Companies pay for most of the big drug trials published in top journals. Between two-thirds and three-quarters of those trials come from drug makers. And those trials almost never show bad results for the company’s product. Smith pointed to dozens of studies proving that who pays for the research often shapes the answer.
A positive trial is worth far more than regular advertising. Companies buy thousands of reprints and hand them out to doctors. One big order can bring a journal more than a million dollars in pure profit. Editors know this. Many journals need that money to survive. So they keep publishing the industry studies. Readers treat those papers as pure science. They do not always see the marketing side.
Smith said it took him almost 25 years as an editor to fully wake up to the problem. He quoted the Lancet editor, who called journals “information laundering operations for the pharmaceutical industry.” Smith suggested a radical fix: stop publishing industry trials in journals. Put the raw results on public websites instead. Let journals focus on explaining and criticizing the science, not selling it.
His words still hit hard today. When the people who once ran the biggest journals say the system is broken, it is worth paying attention.
The gym has been eating chicken for forty years and calling it discipline. Except it's not discipline. It is beef with the nutrition removed.
Beef is red because it is full of iron. Chicken is white because the iron never turned up.
Beef carries six times the zinc, the mineral that testosterone runs on. Chicken carries enough to keep a sparrow going.
Beef carries eight times the B12. Chicken carries a rounding error.
Beef carries twenty times the carnitine, the molecule that gets fat into the furnace, which is the thing he bought the fat burner for.
Beef comes with its own fat, saturated and stable, the fat a cell wall is built from. Chicken breast comes with a teaspoon, and the fat on the thigh and skin is a fifth polyunsaturated, because the bird was raised on soy.
Beef comes off an animal that spent two years on a hill eating grass. Chicken comes off an animal that spent six weeks in a shed and was dead before it could crow.
Beef built the Zulu, the Comanche, the Maasai and every strongman photographed before 1960. Chicken built a generation of men who are tired at 3pm.
The golden era ate steak and eggs and looked like it. The chicken and rice era arrived at the same time as the supplement aisle, and the supplement aisle sells exactly the things the chicken left out.
An iron tablet, a zinc tablet, a B12 spray and a fish oil capsule, lined up next to a dry breast on a plastic plate, add up to roughly one steak.
He could have had the steak. The steak came assembled.
The audacity of this culture: a “Palestinian” in hijab is caught stealing at Walmart, declares it her right, then screams that a male officer’s touch is haram.
Entitled, above the law, and fundamentally incompatible with the West.
Just interviewed a medical doctor that had suffered for 30 years with ulcerative colitis.
Was given pills for decades and told that diet had nothing to do with inflammatory bowel disease.
Eventually she went on a specific carbohydrate diet and then a keto diet and saw improvement
In 2022 she went carnivore, gave up the keto vegetables and finally became completely symptom free and off all medications
I am always amazed at how ridiculous it is for a gastroenterologist to state that diet has zero to do with a gastrointestinal disorder like inflammatory bowel disease. It literally sounds idiotic to believe so. But I guess when you get paid to do 30 endoscopies a week, lifestyle medicine makes zero financial sense.
He should stick with making Canada Canadian. But then, according to Trudeau, we are a post national state with no identity. so I guess that means if you want to avoid being like the Americans (which we are), you have to go multiculti and globalist, but use the fancier term "cosmopolitan".
Employment In Canada Falls 68K Should We Start To Worry? HELL YES Absolutely Time To Worry

What needs to happen now that we know millions have been poisoned by shots?
1. Vaccine makers need to be brought up on charges of fraud and racketeering and their assets taken and given to victims.
2. The 1986 indemnification act needs immediate repeal.
3. The 1982 patent-sharing scam with NIH needs immediate repeal.
4. All mandates must be ended. States that refuse must be litigated into compliance.
5. All tax subsidies in whatever form for the industry must be stopped.
Foreigners telling us what to do is not necessarily bad. It depends on whether what they are telling us to do is bad for Canadians or not. Too many Canadians don't have a clue how trade or business works, and worst of all, believe that the Liberal governmnet knows what is good for Canadians.
