It's not just less tech savvy people however even savy are vulnerable, sometimes distracted and what not, which hacker can exploit.

It is a feasible however multi language approach would require NLP techniques to extract data.

Try a custom crawler on https://t.co/Va9jqvzbRU first see if you can get something on their free version. If that can give 10% then probably build custom and host
