@wintercqls so basically just gotta keep reminding yourself of the upsides of it and just DO IT!! you can start by half a portion and only then do the full one. the only way out is THROUGH, you gotta challenge your minds' rules
@wintercqls thats so real... i usually try to remind myself of this fact exactly! its all psychological, practice it!+usually the unhealthy food is when going out and i hate how much i missed out in the past by not joining in w friends or family, so i try to make up for it by eating nowadays
@ponilulu you won't regret it, you will realise that life is so much more than just a weight. a relationship is much more valuable. even though it's hard, i believe in you!
@uwcals thats honestly not so bad, you enjoyed yoursef, dont stress about it, you barely allow yourself to get out of your routine so something like this is good for the metabolism, try look at it as others do a cheat day. youre still soso tiny i promise you deserve a break
@aikocalz are you sure that it's right... i eat them on the daily when they're in season since i love it aswell, however usually log it as ~80 kcal/100g based on google
@skinnyobsesss idk i also didnt track just knew the calories in everything. didnt track weight either. that way it was easier not to obsess about anything. one day boom i weigh myself and im bmi 13.5 and going inpatient 🤫
