You all probably have someone in your family living with a chronic disease or condition…
Support now: https://t.co/LLwKJegeB1
For patients living with diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease in Gaza, survival depends on more than emergency care. Chronic illnesses do not pause for bombs, displacement, or hunger - and without consistent treatment, manageable conditions quickly become life-threatening.
We held another mobile Medical Day for our Chronic Diseases Medical Campaign at Karim Al-Atta Camp in Deir Al-Balah Al-Masha’ala on April 30…medicines and medical care were provided to 46 patients.
Over the course of just two weeks, The Sameer Project ha reached 10 camps and displacement areas, distributing life-saving medications for chronic illnesses. Alongside the thousands of dollars worth of medicine we already had in storage, nearly $500 was spent on every campaign day to cover supplements, additional medications, and doctors’ wages.
In Gaza, a missed dose of insulin, blood pressure medication, or heart treatment can become a death sentence. This work is not optional, it is lifesaving. Donate to our Medical Campaign to support: https://t.co/LLwKJegeB1

Water is not only needed to quench thirst and prevent dehydration. HELP: https://t.co/jw67AhauWA it’s used for cooking, washing dishes, laundering clothes, bathing, cleaning off wounds, to mix baby formula, for one’s pets, to water small crops to eat. Where there is no water, there is no life.
Palestinians in Gaza are struggling, daily, to find water and thus to survive. If a water truck does not show up, there are minimal options - the brackish municipality water that is often turned off, salt water from the sea, or dirty ground water from an unfiltered well.
This is why The Sameer Project hopes to build our own water desalination plant. Which would mean more volume of clean water ready to be distributed, and more access points for families to be able to fill up. All parts exist already in Gaza, we found land, construction has begun, but we need your support. It’s a nearly $200,000 undertaking, but this will increase the amount of water avaiable to tens and tens of thousands of people.
This is an opportunity to make an immense and lasting and sustainable impact. Donate to the Rebuild Gaza Campaign.

Unfortunately, no one cares about us anymore. Frankly, we are hungry and need food and medicine.

I've been sitting in the street under the sun for three days straight without food or anything else, and without work or any source of income. My situation is very difficult, and I have no one but God and your kind hearts. Any small help

We are providing immediate impact, immediate improvement, rapid response to solve current problems - like the sanitation issue in displacements camps. Aka the need for BATHROOMS. https://t.co/jw67AhauWA
Our “Experts Committee” is a team of skilled professionals that assesses the needs in camps and comes up with a plan of action. On March 25, The Sameer Project successfully installed 10 fully connected toilets at Al-Amana Camp in Deir al Balah, bringing dignity, safety, and improved living conditions to displaced families. Each unit cost $710. The bathrooms, along with sewage wells, plumbing, labor, piping supplies, and transportation all cost a total of $8,324 after 11% banking commission.
This project has significantly improved sanitation standards within the camp and created a safer, healthier environment, particularly for women, children, and the elderly. By providing access to proper sanitation facilities, it helps preserve dignity while also reducing the spread of diseases and epidemics caused by pollution and the lack of suitable toilets.
These efforts represents more than infrastructure - it is a meaningful step toward protecting lives and supporting vulnerable communities.
Help us provide these real and timely solutions by donating to our Rebuild Gaza Campaign link in our bio.

Cool story about how my family’s foundation created a computer lab in a remote village in Haiti. The same village my grandmother grew up in. (Link to donate in the article.) https://t.co/wWjyG4Tsyy
brain keeps whispering evil things to me. to defeat this i will isolate myself and engage in negative behaviors until it resolves itself. this has never worked historically but surely it will work this time
Im BEGGING y’all: please just give money.
Foodbanks are one charity where money goes a LONG ASS WAY because they get subsidized prices for the food they purchase.
I only raised $3K by myself and it was enough for almost 11,000 full MEALS they told me.
