Check out my latest article: 6,278 films, 16 minutes, $1,000. What I learned making an AI festival film in a week https://t.co/rQWX8gOC3D via @LinkedIn
@fusionfilmiff Hi, You can check the movie here: https://t.co/y6vUZo8kGY
Also you can see there other movies as well, the latest one is the strongest one.
One flat image in. A full 3D world out - one you can light, arrange, and film with a camera YOU control, keyframe by keyframe.

I got beta access to EVRN and took it through a complete workflow: photo → object segmentation → a generated 360 world → lighting → camera animation → export straight into my AI film pipeline (Seedance 2.5).
Why it matters: instead of regenerating a 30-second shot 3-5 times at $8-11 per try, a previz like this can land it on the first generation.

How would you use something like this in your workflow?
#AIfilmmaking #previz #3D #AIvideo #filmmaking
@Storyverseart Exactly. Every dollar in AI video is spent at the generation button, so the cheapest shot is the one you've already blocked. That's the whole reason previz tools like this matter.
What is your actual pipeline?
@itsme_rudresh Each object is regenerated as fully 3D, so the back holds up too. Even when it's not exactly what you'd want, for AI video it's more than enough - and when you change the angle, the 3D regeneration of the objects is what keeps the shot consistent.
THE FUR COAT is an Official Selection at AI Filmfestival Germany 2026 and AI Film Awards Venice 2026. 🌿

THE REAL STATE OF THE RACE - HIGGSFIELD data snapshot, Aug 21
I was curious how the festival actually looks beyond the notification widgets, so I pulled the public numbers from the contest page (all 981 entries, sorted by views). Sharing because I found it genuinely useful:
THE FIELD
• 981 entries total
• Median views: 29 — half the contest is practically invisible
• Only 35 films have crossed 1,000 views
• Top 50 cutoff sits at roughly ~600 views right now
• The race is ALIVE: 687 of 981 projects updated in the last 24 hours, 180 in the last hour
THE TOP 10 RIGHT NOW (by views)
1. To Live Another Morning — 9.7k
2. Rest Face — 6.8k
3. Carried — 6.6k
4. DECRETUM — 5.7k
5. $100 MILLION RAT — 5.4k
6. ONE SMALL BITE — 5.3k
7. 5 Minutes — 4.8k
8. TRAILER: Harmony — 4.1k
9. OEDIPUS — 3.5k
10. Clear Intention — 3.1k
Full top 70 with links in the attached sheet.
Method note: these are the public view counts from the contest page, which is a proxy — the official Race ranking runs on votes and engagement, which aren't public. But if you're wondering where you really stand, this is the closest visible measure.
Takeaway for anyone outside the top: the gap is smaller than it looks. From median (29) to the shortlist (~600) is a few hundred views — that's one good post in the right community.
