@USPS - Come back next day at 9 and it's still not open. Someone tells you they'll open soon (which ends up being 9:20).

I know it's not like that everywhere but the experience felt like people didn't care and "it is what it is".

Not fun @USPS experience:
- Get notice of undelivered mail.
- Attempt to schedule redelivery but system doesn't have your address so you can't. (I've tried to fix this before)...

@USPS - There's no address for pickup-location and looking up the tracking number gives nothing so you guess it's the closest one (which it is)
- Show up at 8:45 to get package (opens at 8) but the pickup window is closed and there's no ETA on when it will open...

@westelm We were scheduled to get a couch this morning (9am EST) but the delivery was cancelled with no explanation. Now we're waiting for an update. We've called a few times and waiting on hold is not fun. We already had gotten rid of our old couch to make room 🙁.
