@mattvanswol @RyanLEllis @NYCMayor Matt. 500mm on 13k properties > 5mm comes out to around 38k per property. That implies well less than 1% surcharge annually. In most cases that’s probably the same as an assessment or increase in taxes/maintenance. People aren’t gonna sell en masse for that sorry
