@PaulSaxMD @BradSpellberg @IDSAInfo Health care systems continue to grow and expand, and many of us work for them. Rather than have us paid by insurances or Medicare/Medicaid, have health care systems, who know how to get paid, pay an "ID tax" to keep us on line and viable.
