@Bitwig Hello, is accessibility on the roadmap for bitwig? There are blind people out here who would love to use your DAW but it is not accessible so we cannot use it at all with our screen readers.
did some quality of life stuff today, can move the cursor independent of the playhead (or lock it to it when playing). makes editing loops easier. also made the instruments optionally not click when another note plays
@DGodfatherMoody Lol here’s another joke for you: did you hear about what happened to the guy who drank the invisible ink? He’s still at the hospital waiting to be seen.
@analogMatthew hello! I’m a blind voiceover user. I was trying to use synth one j6. I would like to give some accessibility feedback, but I can’t find the email address inside of the app. Can you please share the email address I can send feedback to? Thank you, John.
#TMDNASCAR You reminded me of some old things that my dad used to say: “wound up tighter than a bull’s ass during fly season” and one I could never really understand: “an east wind is cold, no matter what direction it blows from “
Stranger to me, a wheelchair user: “You inspire me. It’s so great that you’re outside all by yourself in the park getting some sun.”
A disabled person doing something ordinary is not an inspiration. Such “inspiration” others, devalues and dehumanizes disabled people.
Twitter or X or whatever it is is totally broken with voiceover. Of course, one of the first things Elon did when he bought this thing was fire all the accessibility team so I don’t know who to contact about this.
After much consideration, talks with the team and dissecting the SMT data, it is clear that I jumped the start. Because of that, I've decided to do the right thing and... wish you a happy April Fools Day! #A11IN
